Excel to API Request Batch
Turn an Excel (.xlsx / .csv) table into a batch of API request bodies — without sending a single request. Configure a URL, method, headers and a body template with {{column}} placeholders, then render every row into JSON, a cURL command list, plain HTTP request text, or an exported XLSX for review. All processing happens locally with SheetJS.

How to use Excel to API Request Batch
Build a batch of API request bodies from an .xlsx or .csv table. This tool never sends requests — it only renders the bodies for you to paste into Postman, cURL, code or other tools. Files are read locally with SheetJS.
Workflow
- 1. Upload — pick an Excel/CSV file. The first row must be the column names; each following row becomes one request.
- 2. Configure the template — set the HTTP method and URL, optional headers (one `Key: Value` per line) and a body template.
- 3. Use {{column}} placeholders — any `{{ColumnName}}` in the URL, headers or body is replaced with that row's value, e.g. `{"name":"{{name}}","age":{{age}}}`. In the Body template you can pick a column from the “Insert column” dropdown to drop `{{col}}` at the cursor, or click “Custom variable” to type your own placeholder name.
- 4. Generate — pick an output format and render every row.
Output formats
- JSON array — one JSON object per row (method, url, headers, body), ready to copy into Postman or code.
- cURL command list — one `curl -X POST ... -d '{...}'` line per row for your terminal.
- HTTP request text — standard `METHOD URL HTTP/1.1` + headers + body, importable into other tools.
- Export XLSX — your original data plus the rendered URL and body columns, for review and comparison.
Tip: placeholders match column names case-insensitively after trimming. Missing columns leave the placeholder untouched. For numeric values inside JSON, keep `{{col}}` unquoted; for strings, wrap it in quotes.
